1) Orders

• Guest checkout is supported. Accounts are optional.
• An order is created when you place it on our site.
• We fulfil (dispatch / release for collection) only after payment is confirmed.
• Please provide accurate contact details and delivery details (where delivery is selected).

2) Payments (PayFast)

• Payments are processed via PayFast.
• Payment is confirmed once we receive confirmation from PayFast.
• Return/cancel pages are informational only and do not confirm payment.
• If you cancel payment, your order may remain saved as “awaiting payment”.

3) Pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in ZAR and may change without notice.
• Some items may be seasonal or limited; stock can change quickly.
• Products may be shown but unavailable; unavailable items cannot be purchased.
• We may remove items from sale at any time.

4) Flowers, substitutions & photos

We aim to match product photos as closely as possible. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, substitutions may be made when needed to maintain freshness and quality. We will keep the overall style, colour palette, and value consistent.

If you have strict colour or flower requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

5) Delivery & collection

Delivery and collection rules are described in our Shipping & Collection page.

• You are responsible for providing the correct address, recipient contact number, and access details.
• If no one is available to receive a delivery, delays may affect perishable items.
• Collection orders require your order reference.

6) Weddings, funerals & custom orders

For weddings, funerals, and custom/event arrangements, we may require additional lead time and confirmation of details (date, theme/colours, quantities, and budget).

Please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm availability and stock.

7) Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds, and damaged/incorrect item reporting are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under applicable law.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this store or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate South African forum or court with jurisdiction.
